With more than 30 years of innovation in metal joining, Heron delivers a comprehensive portfolio including expertise in MFDC spot and projection welders, medium voltage capacitor discharge projection welders, industry-leading automotive self-pierce riveting solutions, and fully custom clinching machine designed for specialized manufacturing needs. Our technology encompasses the full spectrum of resistance welding, Tog-L-Loc rivetless riveting, and flush self-pierce riveting (F-SPR).

2023
Break through uncontrollable welding processes
In the future, we will focus on digital resistance welding and develop quality real-time monitoring systems to break through uncontrollable problems of welding processes.
2018
Our newly-built factory was built, which covers an area of over 54,000m²
We focused on product development by cooperating with Harbin Institute of Technology and have established a joint laboratory to explore cutting-edge technologies. Meanwhile we formed a new operating model that integrated manufacturing, education, and research. In order to enrich our knowledge base, we expanded our cooperation and communication with enterprises and institutes from all over the world, for example, we established the HERON International Forum of Metal Joining.
2011
Forming 6 major industry product lines
We formed product lines in 6 major industries such as automobiles, compressors, low-voltage electrical and electronics, motors, home appliances, and hardware, simultaneously serving more than 20 global enterprises with large customer bases.
2004
Building awareness and expanding the market
As we continued to penetrate new markets and expand our reach, our company experienced significant growth, which enabled us to develop products for various industries and further offer top-notch services to well-known enterprises. At that time our products have been sold to various countries in Europe and North America.
1997
Developing MFDC welder and CD welder by ourselves
We clarified our goals to transform our R&D achievements into industry applications, which laid a solid foundation for the company’s growth. We also built up our factory, developed our own MFDC welder and CD welder. Our products were exported to Canada.
1991
China's first integrated welding torch was born
We began to accumulate technological know-how and committed to the R&D of advanced industrial equipment. In 1991 we successfully invented the tidal silver flux and designed China’s first integrated welding gun.

For more than 30 years, Bill has been continuously using resistance welding technology to invent new processes and has obtained nearly 50 patents, making significant contributions to the development of metal joining in modern manufacturing.
