1. Fully automatic welding of the air conditioning compressor upper casing is achieved after the stamping process.

2. Powered by Heron’s MFDC power supply technology, the equipment achieves reliable resistance welding between copper tubes and steel casings with reduced energy consumption and improved environmental performance.

3. The product has been applied in production for a long time and has proven to be mature and reliable.

4. The entire production line only requires a material replenishment operator, with no need for additional operators during operation.

5.  Five 4-axis robots are used for material handling and welding of terminal blocks, exhaust pipes, and bolts. The top cover and terminal block are manually loaded onto the material station, after which the robots perform automatic material handling and welding operations. Other parts are fed automatically.
