01

Heavy-Duty Integrated Machine Frame

A fully enclosed heavy-duty frame combines welded square tubing and reinforced plates for high rigidity and stable operation. Welding, transfer, and feeding mechanisms are integrated into one structure, with dedicated service doors and an integrated welding base. Pre-assembled dual-head construction reduces on-site installation and commissioning. Enclosed framing also helps protect cylinders and linear guides from weld spatter and dust.

02

Multi-Point Synchronized Ring Welding

Five upper and five lower welding guns are arranged around each part for 360° ring welding. Four independent MFDC power supplies control separate welding zones, completing 20 weld points in five cycles, with four points welded simultaneously. Symmetrical electrode force helps distribute heat evenly and reduce part distortion. Servo transfer and precision linear guides provide accurate and repeatable part positioning.

03

Independent Electrode Force Control

Ten independent electrode force modules are used on each station, with dedicated proportional valves for individual force adjustment. A two-stage buffering sequence provides smooth electrode movement during squeeze and welding. Independent force control accommodates different material thicknesses and joint structures while reducing deformation on thin-wall and projection-welded components.

04

High-Flow Zoned Water Cooling

Large diameter G1″/Φ24 water lines provide high-flow cooling. Separate circuits serve the left and right welding units, with dedicated branches for four transformers and 10 electrode groups. Zoned cooling supports stable heat dissipation during continuous welding and simplifies circuit isolation, cleaning, and maintenance.

05

Multi-Circuit Pneumatic Pressure Control

Each of the 10 welding guns has an independent air circuit with dedicated pressure regulation and air preparation. A 30L air tank supports peak air demand, while a 40μm filter and water-oil separator protect pneumatic components. Independent pressure circuits minimize interaction between welding guns and maintain stable electrode force during simultaneous operation.

06

Quick-Change Tooling & Dual-Side Positioning

Modular tooling with replaceable locating pins, copper pressure blocks, and locating bases enables fast changeover for different cylindrical parts. Upper and lower clamping secures each part from both sides, minimizing movement and distortion during welding. Electrical insulation between tooling and machine frame helps prevent current shunting.

07

Automatic Feeding & Precise Part Positioning

A corrugated conveyor automatically transfers parts into the welding area and works with the positioning mechanism for accurate loading. Coordinated conveyor, servo transfer, and clamping movements reduce manual handling and ensure consistent part positioning.

08

Full-Range Mechanical Safety Protection

Fully enclosed guarding, mesh fencing, interlocked safety doors, emergency stop, maintenance mode power lockout, cylinder guards, and transfer-slide hard stops provide comprehensive mechanical protection. Maintenance mode isolates clamping and welding circuits, reducing the risk of unintended operation, electrical discharge, and mechanical collision.

09

Quick-Change Electrodes & Conductive Connections

Tapered quick-lock electrode holders allow tool-free electrode replacement. Precision-ground conductive surfaces help reduce contact resistance and heat loss for stable current transfer. Removable conductive connections simplify inspection and routine maintenance.

10

Centralized Utilities & Automation Interface

Power, water, and air connections are centralized in a side access compartment with standard G1 interfaces. Integrated routing channels protect cables and hoses, while a standard mounting flange supports automated handling equipment. Standardized connections simplify installation and integration with automatic loading and unloading equipment.

11

Modular Maintenance & Fast Service Access

Centralized lubrication points and dedicated leak-test ports simplify routine maintenance. Separate service compartments for inverter, pneumatic, and cooling sections provide direct access to individual modules. OEM mechanical drawings and standardized wear-part lists support spare-parts management and faster service.

12

Automatic Loading & High-Throughput Production

Automatic feeding, servo transfer, and upper/lower clamping work together for part loading, positioning, transfer, and unloading. A production cycle of approximately 22 seconds per part supports continuous production while reducing manual handling and loading delays. Standardized interfaces allow connection to upstream and downstream automation.
