Medium frequency resistance welding
HERON’s MFDC controllers and transformers were introduced to the market in 2003, and we have developed a full range of MF spot welders, seam welders, butt welders, resistance brazing welder from 25KVA to 2500KVA, with a maximum welding current of 250KA, and a set value of 40KA within 3ms, which is better suited for the projection welding process.
Range of applications
MFDC technology is widely used in spot, projection, seam and diffusion welding of non-ferrous metals, high-temperature alloys, low carbon steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel, galvanised steel, aluminium alloys and other materials.
Main features
All HERON machines adopt MFDC frequency controller HRC802 / HRC803 and HERON IF transformer.
The products have passed the European CE certification and also meet the North American CUL standard.
The controller adopts DSP architecture, with 1KHZ/2KHZ/4KHZ three frequencies for choice, stable and reliable, with its own I/O interface, can directly control the proportional valve.
