High-Power MFDC Welding Technology
Equipped with a 440KVA MFDC welding unit and DSP+CPLD dual-core control architecture, the MFDC welder provides precise current regulation for silver tip welding applications. Constant current control, multi-level power adjustment, and electrode wear compensation maintain stable welding parameters, consistent fusion quality, and reliable joint strength during continuous production.

Precision Positioning & Force Control
Independent clamping force control is provided for silver tips, electrodes, and arc horns through high-precision cylinders, proportional valves, and pressure sensors. Adjustable electrode force and pressure monitoring ensure accurate force control, stable part positioning, and consistent welding conditions for fixed and moving contact welding.

Safety Interlock & Welding Sequence Control
The fully enclosed welding structure integrates light curtains, interlocked doors, emergency stop buttons, and status indicators. After manual loading of contacts and silver tips, automatic operations include door locking, clamping, welding, and reset. Welding is enabled only when all safety conditions are satisfied.

Weld Data Traceability System
Welding current, welding time, waveform data, parameter changes, and alarm events are recorded throughout the welding process. USB data export and remote diagnosis functions support process review, parameter analysis, and equipment troubleshooting.

Program Management & System Integration
Up to 15 welding programs can be stored for parameter management during product changeover. Eight-level power adjustment, electrode usage monitoring, and RS232, CAN, Ethernet, and MODBUS interfaces support communication with automated production systems.

Compact Ergonomic Machine Design
The welding machine integrates material storage space and lockable casters for convenient operation and flexible installation. The compact structure reduces installation requirements while maintaining easy access for tooling adjustment, maintenance, and daily operation.
