Customer Situation: The customer urgently needed to increase production capacity due to a production ramp. They needed to add supporting equipment (e.g., robotic welding guns, robots) and required a partner to guarantee product quality while delivering products within a short period of time.

Heron Solution: To address the customer's issue, we developed robot welding guns featuring a modular and lightweight design. The modular design enhanced maintainability and reduced delivery time, while the lightweight design ensured a more compact form.

Economic Impact：It took more than 1 month to deliver 122 sets of welding guns and 125 sets of controllers on time to fill the capacity gap for the customer.

Environmental Impact: The welding guns are customized according to the customer's existing supporting equipment, reducing the time and cost in replacing of supporting equipment.
