Automotive OEM 

An OEM customer's production capacity needs to be urgently increased due to rapid market expansion. The supporting equipment (e.g. robotic welding pliers, robots, etc.) needs to be added urgently, and the upstream company is required to guarantee the quality of the products while delivering them within a short period of time.

Solution:

To overcome this challenge, we use modular design and lightweight design in the design process of robot welding guns. With modular design, it is more maintainable and the delivery time is shortened; with lightweight design, it is more compact.

Impact:

● It took more than 1 month to deliver 122 sets of welding guns and 125 sets of controllers on time to fill the capacity gap for the customer.

● The products are customized according to the customer's existing supporting equipment, reducing the time and cost in the replacement of supporting equipment.
