The customer needs to increase production capacity, minimize investment in equipment for automation and achieve production flexibility to produce high-quality A, B, C pillars parts.

To address the customer’s issue, we introduced the medium voltage capacitor discharge resistance welding technology, using customized capacitors (lower ESR, ESL), resulting in slower capacitor decay, lower heat generation and longer service life.
Economic Impact: Increased weld quality – voltage control accuracy can reach 1V, ensuring stable and controllable quality of the finished product.
Social Impact: Safer welding process – good rigidity makes it less likely for parts to slip when welding.
Environmental Impact: Shorter charging time – reducing energy consumption.
