What should you do when resistance welding equipment encounters failure?

What should you do when resistance welding equipment encounters failure? For example, the screen does not light up when the equipment is turned on, there are too many sparks flying during welding, and the equipment power indicator light is bright but cannot be welded. Sometimes it may be an operational problem, sometimes it is a problem with individual parts. Lets take a look at these problems. How to deal with the problem.

1. There is no display on the LCD when turning on the computer.

First check whether the power is off. If it is in the power-on state but there is still no display, there may be something wrong with the power supply. You can check the power line to see if there is a short circuit or the fuse tube is burnt. If it is for these reasons, you only need to remove the fuse tube. Thats it.

2. Excessive spatter during welding

Check whether the electrode surface is seriously oxidized, whether the workpiece is corroded and has poor contact, whether the adjustment switch is too high, whether the electrode pressure is uneven, and whether the welding parameters are correct.

3. The power indicator light is on

The workpiece is pressed tightly but not welded: Check whether the foot pedal stroke is in place, whether the foot switch has good contact, and check whether the pressure rod spring screw is properly adjusted.
